What payment methods are offered?
Can I pay with PayPal?
No, unfortunately this is not yet possible. PayPal does not support any transactions with companies that sell cannabis products.
Can I also pay cash on delivery?
No, we currently do not accept orders for cash on delivery.
In which currency can I pay?
We currently only accept payments in euros. However, this may be changing soon. If you pay using a credit card in another currency, the order amount will automatically be converted in accordance with the exchange rate applicable on the date of processing.
Why was my payment declined?
This may be due to one of the following reasons:
- The credit card has expired. Please check the expiry date.
- You have reached your credit card limit. In this case, inquire with your bank.
- The information you entered is incorrect. Please check the information provided.

What is the 3D Secure password?
The 3D Security protocol (Visa Secure and Mastercard Identity Check) is an authentication method for card payments made over the internet. The 3D Secure password is a one-time password that you must additionally provide when placing orders online. This password will be sent to you by email or SMS. It ensures that only you can make purchases with your credit card.
